1. Become a Museum Patron and Finance the Facility
Astonishing and exceptional, esthetic and functional, the architectural design of
reflects the cultural ambitions of the Museum. With 22 000 m², the building is composed of three distinctive elements: the cloud, the crystal and the base.
As a corporate patron you are invited to finance the interior environment; exhibition halls and reception areas, amphitheaters, auditoriums..., as well as the information technology and related facilities.
2. Become a Corporate Patron for the Collections
These collections are unique to Europe: they group together life sciences, earth sciences, social sciences and science and technology.
All of these collections are housed at the Conservation and Research Center of the
which was inaugurated in 2002. There are 3 300 m² of reserves, preparation workshops, meeting rooms for researchers and scientists from around the world.
3. Become an Exhibits Patron
The exhibits are the heart and the driving force behind the Museum's cultural program.
The three permanent core collections are designed to ensure scientific, technical and cultural coherence.
They will focus on global scientific, ethical and social challenges. These permanent exhibitions will be complemented with a series of related exhibits dealing with poignant and precise questions, addressing a breadth of viewpoints.
4. Become a Corporate Patron for Special Events and Cultural Activities
Just an exhibit can not do justice to the complexity of a subject. In order to broaden and deepen the understanding of a theme, the Museum will use many different means of communication and learning. The two auditoriums, the four discovery centers, and the outdoor amphitheater will be the primary locations where cultural activities and special events will take place (conferences, concerts, theatrical and live dance performances...) in coordination with the Museum's projects.
5. Become a Publications Patron
As a complement to the exhibits, the discovery centers and the special events, the transmission and the diffusion of knowledge to all publics will be a primary goal, through both printed and digital resources.
